Cancelation Policy

Due to a high number of no-shows and last minute cancelations, we regretfully have chosen to enforce a cancelation fee.

For appointments that are missed without informing us of your cancelation (no-show), you will be billed for 100% of the service fee.

For cancelations later than 12 hours before your appointment, you will be billed for 50% of the service.

Please note that you CANNOT cancel your appointment through the online booking service if it is within 24 hours of your time slot booked. Please DM @culturedswinebarbershop on Instagram, or email taylormaryw@hotmail.com.
